Strategic Planning
Not only have we lived by strategic planning, we have been on a team that won the National Baldrige Quality Award in 2013. The Pewaukee School District has used strategic planning and have been executing strategic plans since 1993. We can help your district create or refresh your plan. A strategic plan with measures and accountability to help your district excel.
Facilitate Leader Evaluation
It is important to give your district leader feedback to allow them to grow. Using the district’s evaluation measurements, we facilitate the board’s review of the district leader to develop a consensus on performance. We then draft the performance document for review and edit. That way the board president can then fully participate in the discussions and not be burdened with taking notes or creating the feedback document.
Board and Administration Relationships
​With having both the perspective and background of a Superintendent and BOE President, we understand the roles of each and how interactions should be conducted. Having lived and breathed the Key Work of School Boards, we know how each position in the relationship depart from their lane and how to steer back into control.
Board Governance
​For decades, the focus on tenets of the Key Work of School Boards have been used by our group to influence strategic planning and used as a model for governance.
Leadership Mentoring
We both have years of experience developing leaders in Wisconsin Public Schools at all grade, building, and coaching levels. This also includes administration at the building and office levels.
